前一陣子收到Amazon上訂的書:正在看其中這本Meditation for Pregnancy: 36 Weekly Practices for Bonding with Your Unborn Baby 作者從第五週開始,每一週寫了一篇對著baby說的話及告訴媽咪們baby目前的發展及孕症小偏方 在一開始的序,作者提到:懷孕的婦女常忘記胎兒的存在,尤其是在還沒感受到胎動前...雖然媽咪和寶寶是兩個個體但在未出生前卻只是一個個體,由臍帶相連. 這份connection是單薄卻有力的!媽咪的一舉一動,無論是飲食或是情緒心靈上,都應該時時提醒自己和寶寶的相連結,因為這個連結,寶寶都會感受到媽咪的一切~ 雖然Kris還沒全書看完,但發現書中很多很有學問及感觸的話~書裡在第六週講到寶寶眼睛的發育有一段文: "You're getting so many wondrous gifts in such a short period of time and I bet you're accepting them with ease. I wish I could say the same. Sometimes I feel a bit anxious about being a mother. In fact, I'm not sure I have even come to terms with being a daughter yet, or a partner. Maybe I can learn from you and just grow and develop in new way along with you. Perhaps I need to see through new lenses in my own eyes. Perhaps I ought to look differently at some things." ...相信這是很多媽咪的感觸吧~

不曉得台灣有沒有中文版,不過有興趣的媽咪可以上amazon買,隨書還附贈20分鐘長guided meditation CD哦! 忙碌的生活裡,不曉得是不是很多媽咪都會忘記肚子裡的寶寶呢?尤其是當寶寶在睡覺的時候! 無論肚子裡的小生命是如果來到妳生命裡的,試著天天空出十分鐘,用愉快的心情和寶寶對話,相信等到見面的第一天,妳會有與眾不同的感受~ 讓我們一起來感受和寶寶的連結吧~
